Description
RNIB Special Events Team organise a variety of events throughout the year for teams across RNIB. Our special events programme is key to supporting RNIB's ability to raise the funds and awareness needed to help RNIB achieve its vision of a world without barriers for people with sight loss. The events are designed to foster meaningful relationships between RNIB and its supporters, donors and external stakeholders. Events range from networking drinks receptions, symposiums, gala dinners, premieres and award ceremonies.
It wouldn’t be possible for the Special Events Team to deliver such events without the on-site support of RNIB Staff Volunteers. Volunteers are currently being recruited to join a pool of volunteers who will be invited to volunteer at events.
Volunteering responsibilities at events can include;
