Speed Draw to win a picnic hamper
- The promoter of this Speed Draw is Royal National Institute of Blind People. A registered charity in England and Wales (226227), Scotland (SC039316) and the Isle of Man (1226). Also operating in Northern Ireland. A company incorporated by Royal Charter. Registered in England and Wales (RC000500). Registered office Grimaldi Building, 154A Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JE.
- RNIB employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Speed Draw are not eligible to enter.
- There are ten Regency Hampers to be won in this Speed Draw, worth approximately £100 each.
- Entry into the Speed draw is conditional on the purchase of at least one ticket in our Summer Raffle. Conditions of entry for the Summer Raffle Speed Draw are listed below:
- Subscription Raffle players who have tickets for the Summer Raffle will be automatically entered if direct debit payment has been taken by the close date.
- E-Ticket players will be entered if tickets have been purchased by the close date.
- Postal players will be entered if they have responded by the close date.
- One entry per person.
- All entrants must be 18 years or over at point of entry.
- You must live in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
- The Speed Draw closes at midnight on Friday 4 August 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- The Speed Draw will take place on Friday 11 August 2023. Winners will be published within 14 days of the draw date and the prizes will be sent via post.
- The winners will be chosen at random from all entrants who have entered under the conditions above by the Speed Draw closing date.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. RNIB reserves the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and limit any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, or otherwise.
- RNIB reserves the right to cancel, void, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- We reserve the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The prize in non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, RNIB, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of RNIB, its agents or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these terms and conditions and RNIB, and all entrants, hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- The decision of RNIB regarding any aspect of the Speed Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

RNIB operates a complaints and feedbackprocedure which is available on our website and by post on request or upon you calling our Fundraising Enquiry line on 0330 002 0051. All complaints and feedback will be handled in accordance with the procedure.
- RNIB is committed to respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw or where we have a legal basis to do so in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
