Supports blind and partially sighted people in the Highland and the Western Isles. Services offered include:

- advice and information, including on financial benefits
- braille and Moon teaching
- transcription service
- Children and Families service offers information and support to parents, organises family fun days and a toy library
- social clubs
- resource centre
- IT training
- audio book library
- mobile Resource Unit supports eye clinics in outlying areas and people living in remote areas
- counselling and emotional support
- rehabilitation and social work service including low vision aids and training in their use, and programmes of independence training which includes mobility, daily living, communication and personal skills
