Portsmouth City Council Vision and Hearing Team
The service supports blind and partially sighted children from birth to 19 years of age at home, in pre-school settings, schools and colleges. It aims to maximise the educational opportunities for each child and works with parents, carers, teachers and colleagues in other agencies to achieve this.
