Poole Community Transport Service (BCP Council)

Provides door to door accessible transport for residents of Poole who hold (or are eligible to hold) a Connect Concessionary Bus Pass; or is registered disabled and who does not have access to a vehicle in their household.

There is a Dial a Bus service for shopping in Poole and a Volunteer Driver service for all other essential appointments and social activities (except for shopping trips and hospital appointments).

Customers need to register for these services and the Community Transport Co-ordinator will make a home visit to explain about the scheme and assess their needs. There is a £10 annual membership fee. Dial a Bus journeys are free, but there is a charge for the voluntary driver service.
