Relay UK
Relay UK is a 24-hour a day service that enables people with hearing loss and speech impairments to make calls using text phones - including the use of Relay Assistants to convey messages to people on standard phones.
There are two customer support numbers and registration is both simple and free:
- 0800 7311 888 for telephone calls
- 0800 500 888 for textphone (minicom) calls.
Customer support is open 9AM to 6PM Monday to Saturday, Sunday 9AM to 1PM and 9AM - 5PM on public holidays accept Christmas day.
