The Contact and Assessment Team is for anyone wishing to get help from Wrexham Social Services - including specialist social care for blind and partially sighted people.
Rehabilitation services are contracted out to Vision Support and other services are delivered through the Physical, Sensory and Neurological Issues (PSNI) Team.
