VISOR (Visually Impaired Society of Richmond)

VISOR is a registered charity run by volunteers, many of whom are themselves visually impaired. We offer support, advice and social activities to blind and partially sighted people across Richmond Borough.

They assist people to get help with technology, self-directed support and finding other social groups. VISOR have a regular newsletter which includes details of social trips, future dates for your diary and useful information and ideas. Member contributions are welcome.

VISOR hosts a regular social event at the Richmond Library Annexe, Richmond Green. Please phone us for further information on 020 8487 5301.

In addition, there is a VIP Lounge open on Mondays from 10:30am until 2:30pm at Sheen Lane centre for members and guests to meet over tea or coffee for a chat. Carers and guide dogs are welcome!
