Sunderland and County Durham Royal Society for the Blind

An independent charity that supports blind and partially people in the Sunderland and County Durham areas. Services include:
- a resource centre stocking a range of specialist equipment for sale, as well as catalogues from other companies and suppliers of useful products for people with sight loss
- computing mentoring and technology support, providing training on using various access technology software packages.
- a gardening group
- audio book library
- social clubs including a monthly Macular Support Group
- Agents for the Wireless for the Blind Fund.
