Sight Action Havering

A local charity aiming to support and inform blind and partially sighted people living in Havering, in order to minimise social isolation and encourage independence.

Provides emotional and practical advice on how to cope with sight loss, opportunities to meet people in a similar situation and further information on local and national support services.

They run a Sight Support Service at Queen's Hospital Eye Clinic. Patients and carers are welcome to drop in for advice and support. They can be contacted directly on 01708 724 067.

Sight Action (Havering) works closely with other local groups in Havering, such as the Havering Vision Strategy group, East London Vision, and Thomas Pocklington Trust, to improve and expand services and opportunities for vision impaired residents.
