RNIB Cymru Visibly Better

The Visibly Better Cymru provides an accreditation for social housing providers and public buildings such as hospitals, surgeries and libraries'. We train member organisation staff in supporting people with sight loss; Colour and Tonal Contrast for inclusive environments; provide audit reports for technical staff to determine accessibility according to the criteria of Visibly Better; train and consult with clients/staff regarding design and promote eye health.

We support organisations to meet Government obligations such as the DQR; WHQS; Equality Act 2010; Care standards; tenant participation strategy; and support the Welsh Government falls strategy.
