RIDC (The Research Institute for Disabled Customers)
RIDC (Research Institute for Disabled Consumers) carries out research and publishes information to enable disabled and older people to live independently.
They complete user and technical tests, surveys and other assessments on a wide range of products and services.
They publish guides for disabled consumers and are dedicated to improving the standards of products and services by making manufacturers, service providers and regulators aware of the needs of older and disabled people.
RICA replaced the organisations original name of RICA in 2018.
