Powys County Council Sensory Service

Provide educational support for children and young people from birth to nineteen, their families and their schools.

Carry out functional vision assessments, identify required specialist equipment and software, work directly with individual pupils and deliver in-service training as required.

Work closely with Health and Social Services to ensure children and young people with a visual impairment have their medical needs and entitlements met.
