Phab - People Have Abilities

Phab inspires and supports children, young people and adults with and without disabilities to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges as, and alongside, those without a disability.

They have clubs across England and Wales, which enable children, young people and adults with disabilities to get together with friends and family for all kinds of activities and social events.

Each club is run by local volunteers and can make a real difference to the lives of people with disabilities and their families. Regional and national events organised by Phab bring local Clubs and Members together to share experiences, support each other and enjoy time away together.
