OBAC's main areas of activity are supported services, immigration, poverty and work. The organisation provides information and advice on welfare benefits, housing, education, employment and training opportunities. We also offer a braille/tape transcription service, and produce and circulate the Voice newspaper on tape weekly, New African Monthly and a bi-monthly newsletter. We have a fully equipped Resource Centre (drop-in) with aids and adaptations for visually impaired people. OBAC services and membership are free.
