Middlesbrough Council Sensory Support Service

Provides sensory social care support following assessment for non-registerable low vision, blind, partially sighted and Deafblind people in Middlesbrough to support people to live as independently as possible.
Support can include, registration, vision rehabilitation, specialist equipment, and digital inclusion; in addition to Information, advice and signposting.
The service works collaboratively with a range of local partner agencies and the VCS sector.
