Merseylink (dial-a-ride service)

Provides a Merseylink accessible travel service for anywhere in Merseyside. The service operates Monday to Sunday 8am - 11pm. You need to register with the service to use it but there is no cost for the journeys for you or a travel companion.

The service cannot be used for hospital appointments, trips to day care facilities or special schools.

You can book your journeys between 2 days and 7 days before you travel and you can make up to 10 return journeys per month.

If you need to cancel your journey, you must let Merseylink know at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling 0151 330 1002 between 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week.
