Listening Books (National Listening Library)
Listening Books provides an audiobook lending service to anyone in the UK who has an illness, disability, learning or mental health condition which impacts on reading or holding a book. Books can be streamed through the Listening Books website, or downloaded on a smartphone or tablet using the Libby app. Members can also access thousands of newspapers and magazines via PressReader. The charity supports the national curriculum from key stage 2 to A-level and have a large range of fiction and non-fiction titles for adults and children. The service is available to individuals as well as organisations such as hospitals, residential and nursing homes and schools.
