Iscatape
The Talking Newspaper for Exeter. They are a registered charity and supply a fortnightly talking newspaper on a USB stick to visually impaired people in Exeter. The service is free of charge and they also supply a USB player free of charge to their listeners. Each programme consists of around 45minutes of local news- based on the Express and Echo- and a further 15 - 30 minutes of magazine articles, information, poems, interviews with local people and public announcements.
