Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICA) - Carers Federation

ICA is a free, independent and confidential service that helps to support anyone who wishes to raise a formal NHS complaint.

The advocates provided by the Carers Foundation can help you to write letters and prepare and go to meetings with you. They can help to explore your options and will act on your direction. The service can also provide a self-help pack if you wish to handle your own complaint. They can involve an interpreter or translator if you need it.
