Galloway Talking Newspaper
Galloway Talking Newspaper (GTN) is an association of unpaid volunteers based in Stranraer. They produce, weekly, a free recording of extracts from two local newspapers circulating in Wigtownshire. Recordings are made on USB sticks sent out and returned in a plastic wallet. A player device is provided on loan for the duration of the service. Royal Mail provides a FREEPOST delivery & return service. The service is available for persons who are registered Blind or Partially-Sighted.
