First Great Western Travel Assistance Team

Operates between London in the east to Brighton and Gatwick in the south, Carmarthen, Pembroke Dock and Penzance in the west and Banbury, Hereford and Worcester in the north.

The travel assistance team provides assistance to blind or partially sighted passengers using their rail service. Assistance may include helping to arrange travel; guidance at stations; help boarding or alighting the train; carrying light luggage; arranging help at your destination station and priority seating.
