The heart and purpose of The Cowbridge Insight Club is to help people through the trauma of sight loss by means of mutual support, and by encouraging them to retain or re-gain confidence and independence.

Meetings held every other Tuesday from 10.30am – 12.30pm at Cowbridge Library.

Meetings provide each individual with the opportunity to talk on an equal basis with others who have faced a similar situation in their lives. It is a club run BY visually impaired people FOR visually impaired people.

The Cowbridge Insight Club also runs a number of activities. These events include Club Outings, Guest Speakers, Benefits Advice and Demonstrations which can greatly help towards independence.
