Connex Community Support

Connex enables people across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales to live independently in their own homes. We deliver a range of services including practical help for people living with cancer or other life limiting conditions, transport to hospital and medical appointments, support for people just discharged from hospital, and digital cafés to teach tech skills and help attendees get online.
