Chiltern Railways Travel Assistance Team

Operates between London and Birmingham.

The travel assistance team provides assistance to blind or partially sighted passengers using their rail service. Assistance may include helping to arrange travel; guidance at stations; help boarding or alighting the train; carrying light luggage; arranging help at your destination station and priority seating.

Contact the travel assistance team for a full explanation of services offered and to arrange assistance in advance of travelling. Please note that special arrangements should be made 24 hours before your journey takes place.
