A free directory enquiries service, provided by BT, for those not able to read or hold a telephone directory due to illness or disability. Can offer numbers and addresses of local and national organisations and services.
This service also exempts people from being charged for using the 1471 and 1571 call services.

Applicants should call 0800 587 0195 to request an application form. The application will need to be countersigned by a medical professional who can verify your need.
