The Beacon Centre for the Blind has been helping people to live well with sight loss for almost 150 years. They can help you navigate a world you can't see with a range of services including health and wellbeing activities, employment and skills support, digital assistance, information, advice and guidance, transport and social care.

Beacon can support you with tailored support to enable you to access employment or volunteer opportunities. We work with local employers to ensure they are accessible for people with sight loss and can work with you to ensure you can overcome any barriers you might face in accessing the workplace.
• Support and wellbeing
From information, advice and guidance to health and wellbeing activities at our centre or in the community, we have got something for everyone.
• Training and education
Whether you want to learn new skills or are ready to take the next steps in your education, we can help you achieve your goal.
