Able Community Care
Able Community Care has been providing live-in carer services on a nationwide basis since 1980.
They provide professional, experienced care workers who have the following services:
- Live-in care service to help with personal care, domestic care and to offer companionship. This operates on a rotational fortnightly basis
- Respite care service supports family members who need a break from caring
- Home from hospital service offers care in the home after being discharged from hospital
- Holiday Care companion service enables all people of all ages who need care support on holiday both in the UK and abroad
