Ability to Access

Ability to Access enables and empowers you to access the right support and services you need to improve your life to make the most of your ability.

By working together Ability to Access can offer support, guidance and information to enable you to manage your life or condition to help you live independently. The support allows you to live with more choice, confidence (if required) and independence.

The service can be provided face-to-face in East Sussex, Kent or London (with good transport links). If you are further afield, this service can be given over Facetime and Skype.

There is a payment for this service which is dependent on the hours of support required. If you are registered with your local Social Services, you can receive money towards paying for this service from your Personal Budget or Direct Payments.
