Our employment assessment toolkit can help you and your customer with sight loss to identify and overcome barriers to work.

This toolkit is made up of two documents:

The assessment tool contains a set of questions which will help you identify your customer's barriers to work and the supports and development needed to overcome them.
The action plan document will help you and your customer to plan the steps they need to take to lead to paid or voluntary work and to see their progress on their journey.
