Our employment assessment toolkit can help you and your customer with sight loss to identify and overcome barriers to work.
In the tool kit, you will find two documents:
- The assessment tool contains a set of questions that will help you identify your customer's barriers to work and what support and development they need to overcome their challenges in a work environment.
- The action plan document will help you and your customer to plan the steps they need to take to undertake paid or voluntary work and to help them see their progress on their journey.
You will be given instructions on how to use the toolkit within the documents below.
