RNIB welcomes new Director of Fundraising
Chris Jarrett, former Group Director of Engagement at Sense, joins RNIB
The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has announced the appointment of its new Director of Fundraising. Chris Jarrett starts the role on 04 January 2022.
Chris joins RNIB from Sense, where he held the role of Group Director of Engagement.
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in fundraising leadership roles at a number of charities, including British Heart Foundation, The Prince’s Trust, Breast Cancer Now and Asthma UK. Prior to joining Sense, Chris led the fundraising department at Samaritans, followed by the corporate partnership department at NSPCC
Chris Jarrett said: "I'm thrilled to join RNIB at such an exciting time for the charity. We’re in a fantastic position to drive a step change in public engagement and income generation over the coming years, supporting RNIB’s vision of a world where blind and partially sighted people can participate equally.”
