RNIB See Differently Awards 2022 to recognise and reward outstanding contributions in sight loss sector
Nominations for the RNIB See Differently Awards 2022 are now open.
Building on the success of the Royal National Institute of Blind People’s 2019 awards, the 2022 event will recognise and celebrate outstanding work to support people with sight loss. They aim to highlight the contributions being made to break down barriers and improve the world for people with sight loss.
Nominations are now being sought and the award winners will be announced at a ceremony which will take place at a central London hotel on 29 March 2022.
RNIB CEO Matt Stringer said: “At the very heart of RNIB’s See Differently Awards are the stories of people using their time and skills to improve the world for people with sight loss.
“We want to champion and celebrate these outstanding achievements and share the great work that is happening in the sight loss sector. That is why we need your nominations – help us to reward this hard work and dedication and inspire others.”
The RNIB See Differently awards will recognise exceptional individuals and teams across seven categories: Campaigner of the Year, Community Contributor of the Year, Best Social Media Impact of the Year, Team of the Year, Employer of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and the Design for Everyone Award.
