How to log complaints about audio description
Ofcom Code on Television Access Services sets targets for the audio-description that broadcasters in the UK are required to provide under the Communications Act 2003.
Currently, the legislation requiring broadcasters to provide audio description does not extend to video-on-demand services, and we encourage users of audio description to reach out to the on-demand programme service providers, to let them know of the need and significance for this service.
If you'd like to submit a complaint to the broadcasters or even share feedback on the audio description delivered on a channel, you can do so using one of the following tools:

Escalate complaints to Ofcom
You can also escalate complaints about audio description to Ofcom. You must log your complaint with the relevant broadcaster first and only contact Ofcom if you are dissatisfied with their final response.
