Terms and conditions

Applications will be acknowledged within two weeks of receipt.
Please pay on receipt of invoice.
Cancellations: an administrative fee of £35 will be charged for places cancelled within three weeks of a course. If less than five working days notice is given the full amount will be charged.
RNIB will endeavour to run all courses as advertised. However, we reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, credit or refund, without any liability for any consequential or indirect loss.

Jenny’s story - 20-year-old Jenny has cerebral palsy and a learning disability. She has no verbal communication. An assessment through RNIB's Visual Impairment and Learning Disability services revealed that Jenny also has several eye conditions. We supported Jenny and her carers in understanding the impact of her sight loss and finding communication solutions. Jenny now uses ‘eye-pointing’ to express her feelings and choices.
