Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you build a rapport with people and put them at ease? Could you carry out follow up telephone calls to customers that have received services from our Welfare Rights Team?
If so, then we need YOU to help us evaluate how our service assists people in maintaining their independence, maximising people's income and opening up new opportunities. This role is important, and by giving your time and skills you will be part of a dedicated team who make a real difference to the lives of blind and partially sighted people.
This role does not require a DBS check.

When will I be needed?
During office hours Monday to Friday - We aim to be flexible to suit your circumstances but following up cases can be time consuming so expect to be able to give at least 4 hours a week.
Where will I be volunteering?
The position will be office based. We have opportunites across Wales, so the location will be discussed and agreed with the successful volunteers.
