Katie loves rock climbing
Katie is a bright and animated child, but she was born with Nystagmus - meaning that her eyes move uncontrollably, making it extremely difficult for her to focus.
Katie's mother Frances didn't know how Katie would ever be able to play and simply enjoy being a child. But on her first trip to her local Actionnaires club Katie tried rock climbing, and was hooked. Now, she simply can't wait for her next visit to Actionnaires - it has improved her confidence, raised her self-esteem and put her in a much better position to face the challenges ahead.
