Lighting

Our "Improve the lighting in your home" guide was written with Thomas Pocklington Trust. It highlights the importance of lighting and how it can create a safer home and help people make the most of their sight. Getting the lighting right in the home can often make a big difference to someone's safety and wellbeing.

Our lighting range has been specifically chosen to help create a safer home and contains desk, floor standing and portable lights along with energy efficient light bulbs which light up quicker and have a life expectancy of 10,000 hours.

Magnifiers

Our "choosing a magnifier guide" was written to remove a lot of confusion and mystery about what magnifiers can and cannot do. It highlights the importance of regular eye tests and having low vision assessments.

We sell a varied range of magnifiers up to 6x (six times) magnification. Before you decide, why not take a look at our guide.

Clocks and watches

Our easy-to-see, tactile and talking clocks and watches have been selected to help make telling the time easier.

Telephones

In a world where phones are getting smaller and more complicated our mobile and landline telephones with easy-to-see big buttons have been selected to make life easier. For general information about accessible landline telephones visit our landline telephone shopping guide.
